Need some sleep? Sip our chamomile tea, obtained from the Matricaria variety, renowned for its gentle, relaxing action. The flower's active ingredients make it an excellent muscle relaxant, helpful in case of intestinal cramps, indigestion, spasms and nervous tension. While the herbal ingredients are not of a medicinal-grade, we still suggest consulting your doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding and in case of hypersensitivity to active components or possible interactions with prescribed medications.
- Leave to infuse a tea-spoon of herbal tea in a cup filled with hot water for approximately 5 minutes. Add sugar or honey to like.
