How could we not list the forbidden fruit in our everyday staples range? Our Apple Extra Jam is simple and delicious, made with a selection of organic ancient apple varieties.
- Possibly one of the most traditional jams, it naturally sweetens plain yoghurt. To create quick dessert recipes, mix the jam with nuts and pine nuts to top off puddings, panna cottas or ice creams. Its sweetness makes it a perfect match with Brie, Camembert and Gorgonzola.

HOW IT'S MADE
Crafted artisanally and in small batches, with organic ingredients grown without chemical pesticides or fertilisers, our Extra Jams are cooked gently at low temperatures to preserve their nutritional value and enhance the taste. All our jams have very high fruit content: 70g of fruit or vegetables per 100g, 25% higher than traditional Extra Jams found on supermarket shelves.
