Crafted from the ancient black corn variety from the Val Camonica and the finest quality German noble hops, our signature beer balances the intense aroma of malt with the taste of corn to create a refreshing mix of herbal and floral notes with a grassy and earthy aftertaste. Our light-bodied blonde ale has low carbonation, making it a more pleasant and smoother drinking experience.
- Born from a unique partnership with the “Tedaré Rustic Upland Drink”, a local pub in Borno, a village not too far from our Malegno, Alena beer wants to give you an experience and a taste of our native land. We developed the recipe in over a year and consider it a starting point for expanding our alcoholic beverage line in the future.

Our Black Corn Beer is produced by DARF Brewery in Val Camonica, a local brewing company renowned for its young founders and awarded several national and international prizes for their artisanship and original beer recipes.
