The Figs & Mustard Extra Jam by Alena Gourmet is one of our most unique preserves. We chose the ancient white Brogiotto fig variety: its sweet and gentle taste perfectly matching the warm and tangy mustard to create an intriguing, contrasting flavour.
- It pairs wonderfully with classic cold cuts and cheese. We suggest soft cheeses like Brie and Camembert or mature options such as Parmesan and Pecorino. It's perfect on its own, spread on a piece of bread. Enjoy it with grilled meats or to add an extra flavour to your home-made burgers and sandwiches.

HOW IT'S MADE
Crafted artisanally and in small batches, with organic ingredients grown without chemical pesticides or fertilisers, our Extra Jams are cooked gently at low temperatures to preserve their nutritional value and enhance the taste. All our jams have very high fruit content: 70g of fruit or vegetables per 100g, 25% higher than traditional Extra Jams found on supermarket shelves.

Store in a dry, cool place, away from the heat. Once opened, store in the fridge. For the expiration date, please check the back of the label.
