Alena Detox Tea is an excellent natural remedy to cleanse and rebalance. The combined properties of nettle and milfoil make it a natural anti-inflammatory, antispasmodic, detoxifying and diuretic. While the herbal ingredients are not of a medicinal-grade, we still suggest consulting your doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding and in case of hypersensitivity to active components or possible interactions with prescribed medications.
- Leave to infuse a tea-spoon of herbal tea in a cup filled with hot water for approximately 5 minutes. Add sugar or honey to like. To make a refreshing and delicate iced tea, ideal for hot summer days, leave it to cool in the fridge after brewing.
