With its mint-citrus uplifting taste, Midnight Digestif Tea by Alena is the perfect comforting night ritual. It combines the healing properties of marigold and lemon balm into an excellent natural remedy to help digestion and restful sleep. While the tea ingredients are not of a medicinal-grade, we still suggest consulting your doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding and in case of hypersensitivity to active components or possible interactions with prescribed medications.
- Leave to infuse a tea-spoon of tisane in a cup filled with hot water for approximately 5 minutes. Add sugar or honey to like. To make a refreshing and delicate iced tea, leave it to cool in the fridge after brewing. It's a great aid to digestion but also light cramps and muscle spasms.
