- Because of its savoury taste, the Jam is similar to a chutney. It's great combined with red meat and works well with cheese like Taleggio, Robiola, Pecorino and Parmigiano. Use it to fill tarts and pies or spread on bruschetta for an evening appetiser.

Grown in March. Hand-picked from June to October.
HOW IT'S MADE
Crafted artisanally and in small batches, with organic ingredients grown without chemical pesticides or fertilisers, our Extra Jams are cooked gently at low temperatures to preserve their nutritional value and enhance the taste. All our jams have very high fruit content: 70g of fruit or vegetables per 100g, 25% higher than traditional Extra Jams found on supermarket shelves.
