We prepare our Plum Extra Jam using an old variety called Agostana. The sweetness and zestiness of its flavour remain the key to make this simple jam an unmissable treat.
- It's a classic jam and the perfect ingredient for preparing simple cakes, tarts and cheesecakes. To enhance your cheese platter, try it with Camembert, fontina, robiola and taleggio.

HOW IT'S MADE
Crafted artisanally and in small batches, with organic ingredients grown without chemical pesticides or fertilisers, our Extra Jams are cooked gently at low temperatures to preserve their nutritional value and enhance the taste. All our jams have very high fruit content: 70g of fruit or vegetables per 100g, 25% higher than traditional Extra Jams found on supermarket shelves.
